STIMULATION OF INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR THROUGH THE INCLUSIVE LEADERS AND ENGAGED WORKERS

Based on social exchange theory, this research introduced a model to understand factors that contribute towards inclusive leadership (IL) and its effect innovative work behavior (IWB) with employee engagement (EE) as mediator. Although the connection between IL IWB is previously established. However, few studies have tested potential mediation of EE particularly in IT sector. Therefore, investigation provides new insights how stimulates innovation through meditating impact EE. Data collected questionnaire were then analyzed structural equation modeling. 116 participants provided data for study. We found positive association IWB, while mediating was also empirically This study novel because it explained can persuade their subordinates exhibit behavioral outcome (i.e. IWB). Furthermore, current might help policymakers devise effective training programs so managers may adopt style make employees more engaged innovative.
